Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and refine the company’s sales strategy based on market feedback, while setting, tracking, and enforcing individual and team sales targets
- Lead weekly sales meetings focused on accountability, pipeline reviews, skill development, and performance
- Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of key accounts and new business by prospecting, building relationships with contractors/architects/builders, and closing deals end-to-end
- Ensure data accuracy and visibility by maintaining complete, timely CRM entries and building sales dashboards/reports (leveraging AI where possible)
- Monitor KPIs and pipeline health, providing leadership with accurate forecasts and clear performance insights
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, collaborating with production/installation/project teams for smooth handoffs, and recruiting/onboarding new sales talent as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience in construction, project management, or building materials industry
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex B2B sales in the six and seven figure range
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to balance leadership and individual contributor duties
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + benefits package
